Shipping Policy

• •Orders placed after 2 PM will be processed the next business day
• •We do not process orders on weekends or holidays
• •You will receive a confirmation email when your order ships
• •Tracking information will be provided via email

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can track your order:

• 1.Click the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email
• 2.Log into your account and view Order History
• 3.Visit the carrier's website directly with your tracking number

Note: Tracking information may take 24-48 hours to update after shipment.

If your package arrives damaged:

• 1.Take photos of the damaged package and contents
• 2.Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
• 3.We'll arrange a replacement or refund

If your package is lost:

• 1.Wait until the estimated delivery date has passed
• 2.Contact us to initiate a trace with the carrier
• 3.We'll send a replacement or issue a refund if package cannot be located
