We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, you can return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Hygiene & Safety
For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened beauty and personal care products. All items must be in their original, sealed packaging.
To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:
Log into your account, go to Order History, select the order, and click "Return Item". Fill out the return form with your reason for return.
You'll receive a prepaid return shipping label via email within 24 hours. Print the label and attach it to your package.
Pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging if possible. Include all accessories, manuals, and documentation that came with the product.
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location. Keep your tracking receipt until the return is processed.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days. You'll receive an email confirmation when the refund is issued.
In some cases, only partial refunds may be granted:
We gladly offer exchanges for different sizes, colors, or similar products.
Note: If the replacement item costs more, you'll be charged the difference. If it costs less, we'll refund the difference.
We sincerely apologize! Please contact us immediately if you receive a defective or damaged product.
For defective items, we'll also refund your original shipping costs.
International customers can return items within 30 days of delivery.
